List of real estates, regulated as private public property, in the administration of the Ministry of Defence

At the Ministry of Defence, the activities related to the disposing of (selling) real estates is organised by the Defence Infrastructure General Directorate

The real estates are sold in accordance with the relevant Bulgarian legislation in place.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Law for the State Property, a tender procedure is prepared for the sale of each of the real estates listed. Such procedures are also published on the website of the Ministry of Defence.

 

Semi-annually, the MoD puts together a list of the real estates whose sales procedures have been prepared.

In the event that investment interest is expressed, it is possible that a sales procedure be given priority and launched before the terms fixed.
