  • Memorandum of Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria, represented by the Ministry of Defence, and the Government the USA, represented by the Information Systems Security Organization with the National Security Agency concerning Provision of Communications Equipment SY-71 E and its Support.
  • Memorandum of Understanding between the United States Navy and the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Bulgaria and concerning Exchange of Military personnel, signed on 25.10.2010, Varna.
